Rebuilt unit.
Came out from a 2004 Toyota Sienna (can fit 2004-2009). Passenger side (R/H) sliding door lock release motor actuator. Motor inside this unit is BRAND NEW, Japan made. This is a common part failure can happen both on driver and or passenger side automatic sliding door for you Toyota Sienna. Symptom: When push on your auto slide door button, you can see and notice a nudge in the sliding door as if it's stuck. Do Not attempt to operate multiple times if this happen, you can damage the sliding cable and motor. This release motor actuator have to open the door first before your sliding door function can operate. Another way to confirm this motor failure is to open the door manually by hand, then allow the sliding function to take over and do not slide the door by hand. Let the auto slide door do its job.
