This is a custom made crankshaft overdrive pulley kit for supercharged Toyota Tundra and Sequoia with a 5.7 liter engine.
The kit includes 1 modified OEM Toyota crankshaft pulley that had the factory ribs machined off and a bigger size outer rib ring welded onto it and rebalanced and 1 custom made cooling fan pulley.
The fan pulley has to be made smaller in order to clear the larger crank pulley without interference.
This kit was on my truck for about a year, has normal surface wear/scratches on the finish, but is in perfect mechanical condition otherwise.
The reason I am selling it is that I am building a race motor with forged internals and will be going with a bigger pulley for more boost.
The larger crank pulley spins the supercharger faster resulting in more boost pressure.
It added ~2 PSI of boost and approximately 40 horsepower to my Tundra engine.
Installation is pretty straight forward, the oil pressure sensor has to be unscrewed and then reinstalled after the pulley install, otherwise you cannot slide the pulley onto the crankshaft.
The stock fuel system and ECM can handle the increased boost pressure and fuel flow.
If you have lots of other modifications, I recommend you contact a dyno-tuning shop to make sure you are not pushing the stock motor too far and stay in the safe air fuel ratio range.
Since this is a racing product, I will not be responsible for any engine damage due to unqualified installation or excessive horsepower output.
However, I guarantee that this kit is free of any defects and will increase your engine output significantly.
This pulley kit can be installed in under 2 hours by an experienced technician - professional installation is highly recommended as always.
Since the crank pulley is larger and the fan pulley is smaller, the accessory drive belt length is almost unchanged and the stock belt can be reused.
The pictures on the pink bubble wrap are the pictures of current condition, the other pictures were from last year before it was installed taken for comparison next to stock parts.

It's hard to fathom, but it's been more than a decade since the peak of the sport-compact craze saw modified Honda Civics cluttering the streets.
