Traction Max Front Torsion Arm on 2040-parts.com
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, United States
This is a new sprint car torsion arm design like no other currently on the market. These are currently not offered anywhere else and you will not find them in any magazine. These are designed and manufactured by L&C High Performance in Carlisle PA and more components will be available in the near future.
This is the first front torsion arm engineered for sprint cars to minimize deflection and offer a more accurate and true spring rate from your torsion bars. There has been countless hours spent using the latest engineering software to maximize strength and reduce deflection.
Lets face it racers, you will spend countless hours on the track changing and checking bars with little regard to the arm itself. When a torsion arm deflects it adds to the spring rate of the bar. This increased spring rate however is not predictable and can change with manufactured designs and even from part to part. The only way to beat this guessing game is to eliminate as much of the deflection as possible. This new design takes away the metal from the non-critical areas and keeps it where the most deflection occurs. It only weighs about 8 ounces more than the leading brands and will last for many races. Get an edge on the competition today!! These parts are made to order to your effective length specifications. Please send me a message at the time of order specifying what length you would like (using the attached drawing) and allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. I will send a confirmation message back and supply an estimated time of delivery. Faster turnaround times may be available if the size you want happens to be in stock. They are for standard sprint car bar diameters and splines only. Discounts are offered on multiple quantity orders!! |
