Vital Parts is offering this NEW transfer case Mode Fork
for the Chevrolet, GMC applications equipped with either NP261 or NP263 XHD.

This transfer case is aluminum and chain driven, has a 31-Spline output shaft
and 16MM wide output bearing.

With this transfer case a great way to identify what model you have (either XHD or HD) in addition to the output bearing is by the transmission it is married to.  
If married to either an Allison/Duramax transmission then this is the Mode Fork you need.
