Up for bid is a catalog from the TRANSGO transmission company 1974. This catalog is filled with some fantastic info including dealer only information and prices! Is used but appears to be in good condition. Came out of an old speed shop that closed in the 1970's. Please look through photos and ask questions. Happy bidding!

Ford brings stop/start system to U.S.
Mon, 27 Dec 2010Ford will equip many of its U.S. cars and SUVs with stop/start technology, beginning in 2012, which automatically shuts down the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop, cutting down on fuel use and emissions. The technology, which Ford calls Auto Start-Stop, will be available with either manual or automatic transmissions.

'Bin the booster', says car seat maker
Tue, 08 Jul 2014A CAR CHILD seat manufacturer is urging parents to bin booster seats amid claims of ‘dangers’ involved in using them for older kids. Britax, which manufactures child seats for youngsters up to 135cm tall, or about 12 years old, claims that its own research suggests 49% of seating setups for 4-12-year-olds could be unsafe. Some form of child seat is legally required until a child reaches 135cm in height, to ensure that the seat belt crosses their chest at the correct and safe height, but Britax claims to have found many belts to have been fitted incorrectly.
