Today it’s the turn of Peugeot to reveal an updated version of the Exalt Concept we saw at the Beijing Motor Show in April. The Peugeot Exalt Concept is Peugeot’s next step on from the Onyx Concept, showcasing many of Peugeots’ future design cues and technology all wrapped up in a swoopy coupe saloon that sadly will never see the light of day as a production model.

This potent four-door sedan offered rear-wheel drive, a Borg-Warner five-speed manual transmission and a claimed top speed of 150 mph from its turbocharged 2.0-liter, twin-cam four-cylinder engine. Introduced in 1986, the original Sierra saw 5,542 units constructed; 5,000 were needed for homologation in Class A rally competition, its original purpose.
Fall in drug-driving admissions
Fri, 07 Feb 2014THE NUMBER of motorists admitting to drug-driving is falling, according to Government figures. Just 0.5% of motorists said they had driven under the influence of drugs during the 2012/13 financial year compared with 1% who owned up to this offence during 2011/12. Based on a survey by the Office for National Statistics, the figures also showed that 6.4% of motorists had admitted drink-driving at least once in 2012/13 compared with 7.4% in 2011/12.
