from Vintage Sears Waterwitch Outboard Motor 1945?

This is fairly good condition. 
It has been repainted, but may need some touch-up.
It will need some adjusting.
 As seen in pictures, there are some bends in the screw bracket & Screws.
Below is a picture of the motor this was removed from,
 Powerhead Serial Number S68445
Measures Approx. 20-1/2" long

And actually, the arse is better than we could reasonably have expected. Suzuki announces trio of concepts for Tokyo

Suzuki has announced it will unveil three new concepts at next month's Tokyo motor show. The Crosshiker compact three-door crossover is described as an alternative to the 2011 Regina/G70 concept. Along with a panoramic roof, Suzuki promises it will adopt a more exciting design tailored specifically for adults while keeping it playful.
