● We will advise tracking number for your reference after send out the shipment.
● If the parcel has been returned to us for the reason of nobody pick up the parcel or wrong address (the post can prove the status). Buyers or bidders have the responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
● For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Buyer's or bidder's refund will be processed once we receive it.
● All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan with good carton and good packaging condition; however, if buyers or bidders have found the parcel (box) damaged (see as below picture), please reject to sign for the parcel and return to the shipper at first hour (so that we can apply for transit damaged claims of the parcel and refund or exchange to buyers or bidders ASAP).

Wed, 06 Jan 2010The first picture of Lee Noble's Fenix Supercar Back in November we brought you news of eponymous supercar maker Lee Noble’s return to the world of high performance cars with his new company – Fenix Automotive. Lee had left the company that bears his name, but was obviously itching to get back to the fray with a car that reflects the great Noble’s of the past – including the very successful M12. The old Noble company has headed upmarket with its latest offering – the Noble M600 – but Lee intends the new supercar from Fenix to be a more affordable proposition – around £70k.

And now it’s finished. The finished car has been revealed at the official opening of CMC’s new HQ in Shropshire, and although the updates Callum has made to the Mark 2 may not be to everyone’s taste, they are impressive and the car does look glorious.

The deal was announced on Thursday evening, after the administrators PKF Partners struck a deal with Smolenski to buy TVR's assets for an undisclosed sum, thought to be in excess of £2m. The Russian businessman bought TVR in 2004 for around £15m, but sales stalled and the Blackpool factory crashed into administration at Christmas time.
