Warranty: Toyota and Suzuki stand behind their parts for 12 months and unlimited mileage. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Toyota or Suzuki Dealer in the United States. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part. The warranty also does not cover any modifications, tempering or abuse of any sort.
Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. Everything we sell is insured for actual value. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
Returns: In order to process a return. You have 14 days after receiving the item to process the request for a return. Parts are not returnable if the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. We may under certain circumstances allow a return but a restocking fee of a 20% will apply. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately at our expense. NO refunds on electrical parts.
Shipping policy: At Toyota/Suzuki of York we will either ship USPS or FedEx depending on the size and value of the part. We will ship in one business day after confirmation of payment.

Skoda MissionL Concept - destined to be the Skoda Lauretta Skoda is on a mission to push its sales through the roof in the next year or seven – aiming for 1.5 million sales, no less, by 2018 –  and part of that strategy is to fill the gap in its range between the Fabia and Octavia. So it’s a good thing the Skoda MissionL Concept fits the bill. Not that we have a great deal to go on with the MissionL Concept, as all Skoda have done so far is send us a short press release and the teaser photo above (which was a lot darker until we sent it through Photoshop).

Jaguar Land Rover is parting company with its chief executive, David Smith, potentially clearing the way for former Opel and BMW boss Carl-Peter Forster to take control. Forster has been linked with a senior role at Jaguar Land Rover for some months. Executives at Indian automaker Tata Motors, which bought the British brands from Ford in 2008, were rumored to have been taking soundings on whether Forster was the right man for job.
