Saleen Performance Vehicles reveals new Mustang

Saleen Performance Vehicles is unveiling its first version of the 2010 Ford Mustang, the 435S, this week at an enthusiasts' event in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The car is fitted with a Saleen Series VI supercharger and makes 435 hp and 425 lb-ft of torque from its upgraded 4.6-liter V8.
Ford unveils Mustang 50th anniversary logo
Tue, 26 Mar 2013Ford is gearing up for a year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Mustang in 2014, and revealed a logo Tuesday to be used on fan merchandise. The anniversary logo uses the traditional galloping pony in silhouette, placed above the words “50 years.” Ford designer Michael Thompson is credited with creating the anniversary logo. The logo will either be white on a black background or black on white, Ford says.
Next Jaguar XJ takes styling cues from the XF
Wed, 18 Mar 2009Jaguar is putting the finishing touches on its heavily revised 2011 XJ sedan, remaking its flagship sedan in the mold of the XF sedan. Based on a re-engineered version of today's all-aluminum XJ chassis introduced with the sedately styled 2004 model, the next XJ will be significantly different in appearance, drawing its coupelike-sedan inspiration from the Ian Callum-penned XF. "People know that something is coming, but they're going to be very surprised," says one source involved in the project code-named X351.
