The results, announced today, were another surprise in the 44-year history of CoTY, as the Insignia pipped the Ford Fiesta and pushed the VW Golf into third place. General Motors Co. is taking a page from the retail industry with its latest marketing blitz in an effort sell more cars: a 60-day money-back guarantee.
