Triumph 650 750 Handlebar Lever and Choke Set for 7/8" Bars, BSA, Norton, English ...Nice!

Auction is for one set of handlebar levers and choke for 7/8" bars. Levers sets are new reproductions, choke lever may be a rechromed original. I did note that both levers are for the clutch side, but will work just fine by mounting one upside down, so to speak, for use on the brake side. Choke lever has a custom lower bracket, you may need to obtain the bottom clamp for a correctly mounted unit. Might be good enough for show quality, definitely good enough for a real good looking daily rider!

Please check your parts book to ensure these are what you need. Please ask any questions prior to bidding, and note that I do not offer refunds. If you are unsure of fitment for your needs, please do further research or determine exactly what you need, and what effort may be required to make them work for you.

I will combine shipping whenever possible; if you are bidding on multiple items please request an invoice when you are finished to receive the best rate on combined shipping.

Designer Interviews: Giorgetto Giugiaro

Mon, 03 Dec 2012

Ask any aficionado who the greatest car designer of all time is and Giorgetto Giugiaro will be the name on most lips. Responsible for more than 200 vehicles, equating to some 60-million production cars on the road as well as dozens of concepts for the world's finest car brands – not to mention cameras for Nikon, electronic organs for Bontempi and even a type of pasta – he is without equal. Born on 7 August 1938 in Garessio, northern Italy, he started his career with Fiat in the mid-1950s, aged 17.

New Ford KA Concept revealed

Wed, 13 Nov 2013

New Ford KA Concept revealed The current Ford KA really hasn’t been an overwhelming success for Ford – unlike the original KA – and there was a point where Ford were considering scrapping the KA altogether. But common sense has prevailed in a car buying world that is seeing more and more downsizing, so Ford is planning a new KA – expected to arrive for the 2015 model year – but, unlike the current KA, it won’t be a shared venture with the Fiat 500. Instead, it seems Ford are planning on using the previous generation Fiesta platform to underpin the new KA and offer a proper Ford city car rather than a second-rate Fiat 500.

2014 BMW X3 Facelift and more efficient engines

Thu, 06 Feb 2014

The 2014 BMW X3 (pictured) gets a facelift and new engines The current version of the BMW X3 SUV has been with us for more than three years, so BMW are giving it a bit of a mid-cycle facelift and more frugal engines to keep the X3 on top of its – very successful – game. Engines on offer for the 2014 X3 include the 2.0 litre diesel in the sDrive18d which offers 148bhp and 56.8mpg and the 187bhp in the X3 xDrive20d which returns 52.3mpg, the xDrive30d – which gets the 3.0 litre diesel unit – with 254bhp and 47.9mpg and the X3 xDrive35 which has an impressive 309bhp but still manages official economy of 47.1mpg. When it comes to the cosmetic facelift bits, BMW hasn’t really pushed the boat out, but the new X3 does get a new headlight design which is sleeker, new front and rear bumpers and a new surround for the kidney grill, which all contrive to make the new X3 look even more like a baby X5.
