Triumph Daytona 675 White Upper Front Headlight Fairing / Cowl on 2040-parts.com
Austin, Texas, US
You are bidding on an upper fairing with headlight mounts. I have tried to include as many pictures as possible so you know exactly what you are getting.
All parts come in white gel coat.
Four ply marine grade fiberglass make the parts very strong yet flexible.
All parts come with a paintable sandable gelcoat.
Does not include hardware bolts, fairing nuts, windscreen or headlight. This is just for the upper fairing.
We recommend for best results at least 3 coats of primer and two coats of automotive grade paints.
We also make the lower fairing as well. Check our other auctions for details.
I have instructions if needed.
All sales are final. This is not a stock plastic upper. The end result will depend on the time and effort in your preparation. For those have you that have never worked with fiberglass, its is a very strong and lightweight material. The finish is raw gelcoat. Depending on the mold it could be matte like an egg or shiny like gloss white. Yes some of these peices you could bolt on and ride like that. Raw gelcoat absorbs oil. I highly highly recommend 3 stage sanding to a 1000 grit wetsand finish. Test fit and drill then paint. Some parts may have mold marks from the original part that transfer to the copy. Like light toolmarks , sticker marks or what look like cracks. Just lightly sand off and they are gone in seconds. Small pinholes (RARE) may be filled with primer, filler, or automotive painter putty. I have to put this on here because people dont read. I can generally prep and primer one in about 30 minutes. It amazes me when people send me emails going "I thought it was plastic painted white and I want a refund and me pay return shipping". lol read please

Ford S-MAX Concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show
Wed, 11 Sep 2013Ford is clearly pretty pleased with the performance of its S-MAX model line, and why not? The car has carved out an enviable niche for itself as the big MPV for people who don’t want to be saddled with a borderline minibus by their over-productive loins. The new S-MAX Concept, unveiled at Frankfurt by Barb Samardzich, Ford Europe’s vice president of Product Development, continues those themes.
Cadillac ConverJ unveiled at Detroit auto show 2009
Mon, 12 Jan 2009By Tim Pollard Motor Shows 12 January 2009 14:29 GM came out fighting with new product in tune with the times at the Detroit auto show 2009. The Cadillac ConverJ is an electric-powered limousine not seen until press day, harnessing the same plug-in hybrid tech as the Chevy Volt. GM product overlord and everyone’s favourite sound-bite merchant Bob Lutz said the Volt’s drivetrain had been renamed the Voltec system and it was this lithium-ion battery set-up that underpinned the ConverJ concept car.
