These are much stronger than the original cast steel. When a bike comes in the end caps are almost always cracked, because the are made of cheap grade casting steel. This set will fit all unit 500 and 650 twins, singles, and triples, years 1964 65 66 67 68 69 and 70 / This is the correct cap for single leading shoe and dual leading shoe. The convertible top still looks as if it was made of soft fabric, but it actually consists of three semi-rigid lightweight panels coated with a novel furry material, which conceals the cutlines. A fabric top layer finishes things off, and is claimed to be very soundproof, while the rear glass screen is heated and scratchproof. So the new Porsche 911 Cabriolet is a bit of a porker?
