Nice used genuine Routt or Morgo big bore cylinder with slipper piston set from a 780 Triumph pro hillclimb bike I had. Very Nice period correct Like-New condition, less than 10 minutes run time. This is from a special motor built back in the mid 80's, and just never got any ride time, so I will be parting out the entire engine. Lots of special race parts to come. I have lots more Triumph parts in other auctions. Please ask questions if you have any. US shipping will be FREE, I will ship worldwide, please ask for a shipping quote. I do combine items for a reduced shipping rate within reason.

Brian Wilson to perform at Petersen fundraiser
Wed, 29 Apr 2009The annual Petersen Automotive Museum's fundraising event on May 7 promises to be fun, fun, fun when Beach Boy Brian Wilson and his band take the stage. The rock-'n'-roll icon is scheduled to play for an hour as part of the museum's largest charity event of the year, proceeds from which benefit the 501(c)(3) institution. The Beach Boys had a lot of car-themed hits, including "409," "Little Deuce Coupe" and "Fun, Fun, Fun." (AutoWeek trivia: The Deuce Coupe featured on the cover of the album of the same name belonged to Clarence "Chili" Catallo, whose son, the successful and powerful advertising executive Curt Catallo, once was a lowly editorial assistant at AutoWeek).

Wed, 08 Jun 2011If drooling space-alien mutants hell-bent on creating a pleasure planet of intergalactic zombie love muffins ever come to Earth to steal our women, know that an entire generation of 18-to-24-year-old male gamers stands ready to defend us. So rest assured. We know this because we just spent most of a day at the opening of the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3 as it's known to those who stand ready with the chainsaws, bazookas and various industrial-strength bug zappers that will be needed should the inevitable happen.
