My items up for auction are from the inventory of a Triumph shop that closed in the early 1980's. It specialized in 1960's, 1970's and early 1980's Triumphs. Parts sold as used parts. Remember these parts are 30 + years old. Most are original parts and they are not perfect. If you receive an item that you feel is not as described or are not happy with please contact me. You are a valuable customer. We inspect alot of parts per week and can miss defects. Who's Where: Jason Castriota joins Stile Bertone
Thu, 27 Nov 2008Contrary to what was previously disclosed, Car Design News has now confirmed that Jason Castriota, who left his position at Pininfarina on the eve of the Paris Motor Show in September, is set to become Design Director at Stile Bertone. He will start his new position on December 1. Castriota had initially intended to set up his own design consultancy before being approached by Bertone.
BMW displays Calder art car, racers and classics at Amelia Island
Mon, 10 Mar 2014The first BMW art car -- a 1975 3.0 CSL wearing a paint job designed by Alexander Calder -- headlined a class of significant cars from the German automaker at the 2014 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. It was joined by a BMW M-powered McLaren F1 GTR, a first-generation 320i, winners of the 1975 12 Hours of Sebring, a BMW 320 Turbo race car, and the first BMW convertible. The Calder art car is the first in a series that has spanned more than 40 years of Roundel history.

Wed, 21 Mar 2012Mercedes in China offering 25 per cent discounts on S Class Mercedes, BMW and Audi are having to offer discounts of up to 25 per cent on luxury cars in China to shift stock. The huge Chinese car market has been seen as a sales salvation for Western car makers; the automotive equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel. But it looks like that’s all changing, particularly at the luxury end of the market.
