Triumph TR2 TR3 TR3A TR3B TR4 TR4A Original Lucas Voltage Regulator Used

This auction is for an original Lucas voltage regulator, removed from a car receiving a mild restoration. This is the type used on cars after TS60000 with spade connectors instead of spring terminals. It can be used on any cars from TR2 through TR4A. I am including the original lid with "Lucas" on it and a later shinier lid. Clean the contacts, hook it up, and go! Fits into a Flat Rate Padded envelope for low cost shipping!  As always - low opening bid and no reserve!

When we ship by some other form then Flat Rate, if we overestimate the shipping cost by more than $2.00 we will refund it to your PayPal account. We add tracking to every package so you can follow its progress.

BMW 3 Series GT revealed

The BMW 3 Series Grand Turismo – the third model in the BMW 3 Series range – has been revealed ahead of a public debut at the Chicago and Geneva Motor Shows. Now, BMW has revealed a little brother for the not exactly super successful 5 Series Grand Turismo, in the guise of the new BMW 3 Series GT, a slightly ungainly looking 3 Series that’s almost as big as a 5 Series and will cost around £3,000 more than the 3 Series saloon. Stretched by 110mm in the wheelbase from the 3 Series Touring – and a full 200mm longer – the 3 Series GT will, say BMW, offer the dynamics of the saloon with the practicality of the Touring.

Lexus Hybrid sales top half a million

Lexus has revealed that they’ve sold more than 500,000 hybrid cars, with the Rx 450h the top seller and the CT 200h catching fast. Unsurprisingly, as it was the first Lexus hybrid to be introduced in 2005, the biggest seller - accounting for half of all Lexus hybrid sales to date (259,000) – has been the RX 400h / RX 450h, but the CT 200h, which was only introduced in 2011, is catching up fast with sales to date of 122,000 to date. During the last seven years Lexus hybrid sales have risen from 26,000 to 113,000 a year and 25 per cent of those Lexus hybrid sales now happen in Europe, even though we don’t get cars like the HS 250h (56,000 sales) and the ES 300h (8,000 sales).
