This is a new UNIVERSAL gear shift knob with a beautiful acrylic type Triumph Wreath LOGO. It comes with three adaptor sleaves, allen wrench and allen screws for easy installation. It measures approx 2 1/2" x 2". The top 1/2" is satin finish, the next 3/4" is highly polished and the bottom is satin. It is heavy high quanlity shift knob. Fiat 500 gets Stop-Start
Fri, 06 Feb 2009Flavour of the month, stop-start, and here’s another to add to the list. The Fiat 500 gets Start&Stop (I’ve lost count of the different monikers) as an option on the 1.2 Lounge, using Bosch technology to beef up the system to make it reliable. The Stop/Start also gets another Fiat moniker – Blue&Me – which gives the driver EcoDrive to aid emissions and adds hands-free phone and an entertainment system.
Ram to sell two Fiat vans
Fri, 16 Sep 2011The Ram brand will get a commercial van based on the Fiat Ducato large paneled van, supplier sources said at the Frankfurt motor show. Chrysler plans to build 30,000 a year in Mexico, the sources said. Chrysler already builds Ram heavy-duty pickups in Saltillo, Mexico.
GM recalls 2013 Cadillac SRX, Buick LaCrosse for software fix
Wed, 20 Mar 2013General Motors is recalling about 26,500 copies of the 2013 Buick LaCrosse sedan and Cadillac SRX crossover for a software problem that could cause the automatic transmission to shift out of manual mode. The affected vehicles are equipped with the Driver Shift Control feature, which allows the driver to shift the automatic transmission similar to a manual transmission. GM said in a report filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that the software problem may cause the transmission to shift unexpectedly from manual mode back to the automatic transmission, which removes any transmission-related engine braking.
