Mini Crossover Concept: the first photos

Tue, 09 Sep 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 September 2008 23:00 Here's the first look at the new Mini Crossover Concept – proof, at last, that BMW will indeed build a 4x4, SUV-lite version of the Mini. The Crossover concept car will be shown at the 2008 Paris motor show (where else?) and previews the production Mini SUV due in 2010. Mini Crossover Concept: the first official pictures Pore over these first official photographs carefully, because the new Mini Crossover Concept shows closely how the trendy brand's new SUV is shaping up and also reveals how the future face of the Mini brand is evolving.

New Renault Megane Sport Tourer arrives

Fri, 21 Aug 2009

The new Renault Megane Sport Tourer arrives in UK showrooms today To our eyes the Megane Sport tourer is a pretty good looking car. It follows the fashion for swoopy estates and does a convincing job of turning the Megane in to a load carrier without making it look as of Renault have just bolted a pile of sheet metal at the back. The Sport Tourer comes in a bewildering array of 21 different models across four trim levels – Expression, Dynamique, TomTom Edition and Privilège.

Audi RS6 Avant ‘Plus’ planned with 600bhp

Tue, 29 Jan 2013

Just as they have with the launch of the TT RS Plus, Audi are planning to give the new RS6 Avant even more power than it already enjoys in an RS6 Avant Plus model, and it won’t be a limited edition model but a full production option. Talking to Car Magazine, Stephan Reil, Audi Quattri Division boss, said that Audi were planning a range of RS Plus models which could get not just a performance boost but less weight too.
