2014 BMW 328d diesel to start at $39,525

Both the sedan and the wagon will use the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder Twinpower turbodiesel engine producing 180 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque.

Car insurance premiums 'too high'

The Competition Commission believes that too many drivers are footing the bill for unnecessary costs incurred during the claims process following an accident. These costs are initially borne by the insurers of at-fault drivers, but they feed through into increased insurance premiums for all drivers.
