This is a megaphone exhaust system for a TT or XT 500 Yamaha . It will fit all years except a 1976 . For a 76 you'll need to relocate your stoplight switch bracket . It features a mandrel bent headpipe and hand formed reverse cone megaphone . Unlike other aftermarket TT pipes we do not squash the midpipe to clear the tire . On my own bike I run a modern profile tire and have all but eliminated the tire rubbing problem . This system is a true reverse cone megaphone ...not a muffler intended to reduce noise .
