Jaguar C-X16 (Jaguar XE) Driving Video
Mon, 19 Sep 2011Jaguar C-X16 Driving Video Jaguar is making the most of their new small sports car – the Jaguar C-X16 – as it builds onwards and upwards from the début of the C-X16 at Frankfurt last week to the launch of the production car – probably the Jaguar XE – late in 2012 or early 2013. We had rafts of information and photos – and a short video – when the C-X16 bowed in last week, but now we get a more revealing driving video showing the interior and exterior of the C-X16 in more detail, and some driving footage on incredible roads too. Yes, we were a little underwhelmed by the direction the design of the C-X16 has taken – more conservative than we would have liked to have seen – but we have no issues with the design per se – it’s a stunner.

Tue, 19 Jun 2012The new Skoda Rapid – designed to sit in between the Fabia and Octavia – has been revealed ahead of a UK launch in November. We can’t complain that the new Skoda Rapid hasn’t been well and truly flagged up by Skoda as a new Skoda to fill a gap between the Fabia and Octavia. The Skoda MissionL from Frankfurt last year was the concept for the new Rapid and the Rapid itself got a preview at the Beijing Motor Show in April.
Renault Samsung SM7 concept
Tue, 05 Apr 2011Making its debut at the Seoul Motor Show was the Renault Samsung SM7 concept. Despite carrying the concept tagline, the car is a thinly veiled production model of the forthcoming Samsung SM7 in Asia, and possibly the next generation Renault Laguna or Safrane in Europe. The D-segment sedan is based on a stretched platform that underpins the current SM5, and will go head to head with both the Hyundai Grandeur and Kia K7.
