Depending on your car exhaust pressure the unit will not work at idle It works under load, high pressure acceleration in gear. Load is when the vehicle is in gear and accelerating

After receiving your item Remember to use lock tight on the threads so it doesn't blow off while driving. Before you do this place the trumpet piece against your lips and blow. It will make a turbo spooling effect (whistle)This will vary depending on your exhaust configuration and the pressure of acceleration. The unit will not work at idle but will only work under load, high pressure acceleration in gear. Load is when the vehicle is in gear and accelerating, without load there is not enough pressure Adjust it by loosening the small black screw and move the trumpet in or out to get the best effect. Just like the Toyota GT86 TRD, the Griffon version gets a makeover from Toyota Racing Division, and just like the road-going version – which costs £31,495 – the Griffon track version has to make do with the same 197bhp flat four engine the stock road car gets. But the changes to the GT86 Griffon are more extreme than the road-going version, with a focus on shedding weight and sharpening responses.
