Using our in-house team of qualified Engineers, our continuously growing range of turbo products covers many applications, from the current Borg Warner KP/BV and Garrett VNT passenger car turbos through to Komatsu KTR off highway turbos. The range includes everything from Turbocharger, individual piece parts, upgrade parts and repair kits through to an extensive range of major parts, including turbine wheels, compressor wheels, bearing housings, seal plates, heat shields and variable nozzle ring assemblies.

Forge Turbo also offers a growing range of complete Turbochargers, CHRA / Core Assemblies, covering many popular turbos including; Garrett GT/VNT, Borg Warner K03 / K04 & KP/BV, MHI TD02 /TD03 TF035 / TD04 and Toyota CT26, all of which are assembled and VSR balanced in Forge Turbo's fully equipped Core Production Facility.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 2 working days.

By Credit and Debit Card

We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal. Please contact us via Ebay to make payment. If delivery is required to be made to a different address, then this instruction will have to be made by email.

Please remember that until payment has cleared and funds are in our account, orders are not final. No stock is allocated until this point.

Express Shipping

Most items have a delivery time of 5 - 7 days.

Please Note

We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 21 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay or email us if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Please Note

All Items sent are recorded or tracked to door with tracking numbers; receiver will have to sign for release and it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the products, failure to do so will incur additional charges.

We do not ship to PO BOX or BFPO.

Damage or Lost in Transit

If item Box is received with damage please reject the goods or when you sign for goods mark as received damaged, once signed for it will be assumed that the item has been delivered in good condition.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping out from our warehouse. If your item is received damaged, contact our customer service department within 48 hours and please forward pictures of proof via ebay.

Returns policy:

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, well be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less P&P within 14 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Please inspect all of your item(s) upon receipt.

All returned items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers.

In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.

Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 14 days to return the item, if any items are returned after 14 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the right to reject the item or charge the buyer a 25% restocking fee.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
