New wastegate actuator for Golf Jetta Beetle TDI 1999 – 2005 with Garrett VNT turbocharger. (Garrett VNT-15 and VNT-17 turbochargers). Nickel plated steel for long life (unlike the oem part). Includes heat shield as shown in pictures below. Actuators can stick or fail, often because of corrosion. VNT vanes will not adjust properly if the actuator malfunctions, causing limp mode, low power, check engine lights, smoke, and low fuel mileage. Replacing the actuator is a good alternative to buying a new turbocharger. Buyer pays $5.75 shipping within the USA. Shipping to Canada is $11.50. Worldwide shipping is $18.00. Paypal accepted.
