Utilizing the latest technology in flow design and materials, the Evolution features an investment cast 304 stainless body (designed with computer flow analysis), Nitronic 60 stainless steel one-piece valve, rolling type diaphragm and polished aluminum cap. Nearly 25% smaller than the Deltagate it is sized to fit into the tightest turbo systems. Fitted with a rolling type diaphragm and floating valve seat it is equipped to comfortably handle 400+ HP and out flows the competition by almost 20%.

Mercedes 'Aesthetics S' sculpture (2012) previews S-class

Mercedes is previewing its next 2013 S-class flagship, but not with a concept car or series of shadowy teaser shots. No, Merc has instead opted to create a sculpture showing the profile of the next S-class. It's titled 'Aesthetics S', and together with its 'exciting projection display', it'll be shown at the 2012 Paris motor show later this month.

Elon Musk has been teasing us with something called the Hyperloop for a while now, referring to some Goldbergian cross between a railgun and an air hockey table that would zoot us and scoot us from San Francisco to Los Angeles in a half-hour. Now, in a 57-page PDF available here or here, he's outlined just what Hyperloop could be. Bad news?
