Bidding on an original fiberglass hood that came off a 1964 or 1965 Turner, I believe a Mark 3 car. The hood is in nice shape although it does have hood pin mountings where the original latches were. The front hinge mount holes are intact. Obviously it needs refinishing but overall a rare find in decent shape. The underside is in very nice shape. This hood can be picked up in Bucks County, Pa if you wish in order to save on shipping or I can deliver it (if prepaid) to the vintage races at Pitt Race in early July.

But what is clear is that BMW see a big future in small, economical city cars and the BMW i3 Coupe Concept is a slightly odd effort to inject a bit more flair in to the yet-to-arrive BMW i3. The i3 Coupe Concept is a plug-in EV with a maximum output of 170hp and an almost disappointing (for an electric motor) 174lb/ft of torque, which delivers drive to the back wheels through a single speed transmission (as you would expect for an EV).
