“Rare Buick Fireball straight eight cylinder engine that runs. Over head valves. 4 barrel Edelbrock carburetor. Home made split intake and exhaust manifold. Factory or Edelbrock manifolds available here on eBay. Late model 1 wire alternator. Petronix Ignition. Mileage is unkown. Engine runs good and does not smoke. Oil has been changed regularly. Attached is a late model Chevy 700 R4 transmission that is in excellent working order. Transmission is attached with an adapter made by Benston Tansmission Ham Lake, MN. The adapter allows the coupling of the Buick engine to most Chevrolet Transmission. New Flywheel, Torque Converter, High Torque Starter. NO LEAKS. The transmission adapter sold for 1050.00 in 2010. This engine and transmission was run approximately 2 years in a show car and then removed. Both have been garage stored. BONUS... INCLUDED is another Buick straight 8 engine for parts. It’s got more power, weighs less, and can be optioned with a chassis-sharpening Handling Speciale package, all features scooped by CAR last year. The California caused quite a stir when it was launched, ushering in a whole host of firsts for Ferrari: it was the company’s first convertible with a folding metal roof; the first with a double-clutch gearbox, the first front-engined V8 Ferrari, and the first with direct-injection engine technology.

Hyundai's upcoming flagship Equus sedan is packed with features to pamper owners and passengers: a rear-seat footrest, rain-repellent window glass, power sun shades, and massage systems built into the driver's seat and rear seat. But Hyundai's dealers will have to do a little pampering of their own if they want to sell the car, which Hyundai showed today at the New York auto show. Equus owners will enjoy free at-home pickup of the car for servicing and a free loaner Equus for their inconvenience.
