12''x16'' double-sided U.S. Coast Guard Car Flag. This is a brand new car flag, however - the defect is that there are a few small spots above the top-right are above the eagle. See the picture for details. When it is waving real fast on your car, no one will even see it. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition! A great item at a great value for any coastie!
