34˚ rake, 2” stretch downtubes, 1.5” stretch backbone, radius fender struts.

Material: 
1020 DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) steel tubing
Legs are 1.25” O.D. with .125’’ thick wall
Backbone is 1.50” O.D. with .219” thick wall
Seat post is 1.50” O.D. with .219” thick wall.

TIG Welded.  
Heavy duty swing arm pivot for high horsepower transfer. 
Accepts Softail® style oil tank.  
Accepts 200 series rear tire size.  
Radius backbone support with integrated top motor mount. 
One piece transmission mount for Evolution® style 5 and 6 speed transmission. 
Cast full width axle plates. 
Requires 1/2” offset, primary spacer, and motor sprocket or pulley.

Audi TT Offroad shows off at Beijing auto show

Audi introduced the TT Offroad concept at the Beijing motor show last week. The company says it comes with a plug-in hybrid drive system delivering 408 hp total, while getting 123.8 miles per gallon -- impressive, but we're guessing not exactly real world. To get that power, the TT Offroad concept uses the company's 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, making 292 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque.

General Motors combines smartphone functions with the Chevrolet Volt

General Motors is bringing together two of the hottest areas of technology--smartphones and plug-in electric cars. GM's OnStar telematics unit has developed a downloadable application that will let Chevrolet Volt drivers use a Blackberry Storm, Apple iPhone or Motorola Droid to remotely control and monitor some vehicle functions, such as charging. The Volt is slated to go into production late this year and arrive in California utility company fleets by early 2011.

BMW Classic Center opens to customers

Great news for vintage BMW owners: The German automaker has opened its Classic Center to customers. BMW says global demand for its vintage cars and motorcycles is growing. Its 200 clubs have about 200,000 members, and the company estimates there are 600,000 classic BMWs on the road--and those are just the ones the company knows about.
