Based on the '57 Chevy, this contemporary triple gauge layout lends itself to an enormous amount of flexibility. With the larger instrument measuring 6.25" overall (5.875" cutout) and the two smaller gauges at 3" fitting into 2.75" holes, this is one distinctive choice. Chromed billet aluminum housings and bezels round out the package.

Fully lit needles, backlit faces, and highly visible LCD message centers are a few of the things that you can see which set the VHX Series apart from yesterday’s traditional approach to instrumentation. Cable Drive Speed Sensor/Generator - Replaces GM style speedometer cables with a 10 ft harness (Tremec and Ford style adapters available upon request).

Bushings - Each kit comes with 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings along with bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads.

Calibration

Pushbutton - Dakota Digital instruments are programmed and operated by the push of a button. Simply mount the included pushbuttons supplied with your gauges in a convenient and easily accessible location. These buttons are used to calibrate your speedometer, set the cylinder count and the fuel level gauge. Once properly configured these same buttons are used to access the wealth of information located in the Digital Message Centers.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI S206 Scooby fans do like a limited edition Impreza, so their collective mouths will be watering at the news that a new Impreza is on the block – the Impreza WRX STI S206. But before you all get too excited, Subaru has no plans to bring any of the 300 S206s to the UK – they’re all for the JDM and are going straight on sale in Japan, with an S206 taking pride of place on Subaru’s stand at the Tokyo Motor Show next week. Subaru say the S206 is the Crown Jewel of the STI cars, and Subaru have given the S206 a raft of updates over the standard WRX STI.

While it might seem that a thief disappearing into the night with a celebrity's Lamborghini would be something out of a Nicholas Cage movie, it proves that truth sometimes is stranger than fiction. In May 2011, someone broke into the British Motor Car Distributors dealership in San Francisco one night and drove off with a yellow 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. The Lambo, owned by celebrity chef and friend of Autoweek Guy Fieri, was seemingly lost forever.

Lotus Evora won't reach roads in the United States until 2010

The guys in Europe will have first crack at Lotus's first all-new production car in more than a decade. Assembly of the Evora is under way, with deliveries of the 2+2 mid-engine coupe beginning in May. North American will have to sit tight until the Evora lands here early next year.
