Which was a bit of an odd time to celebrate, we thought, especially as Murcielago 4099 rolled of the line back in May. On Saturday 12 September, the Lavant Cup race will be dedicated to the D-type with more than 20 examples of this legendary competition car competing in the first-ever motor race devoted entirely to the D-type.
