Remaunfatured by TIAL and unused since. This listing includes the gt28 turbo shown and is in excellent condition, The Tial GT28 STAINLESS HOUSING +TIAL V-BAND CLAMP AND FLANGE SYSTEM (that is an additional upgrade) + All oil and coolant fittings all in either new or re-manufactured state. As you can see from the packing tape on the box - I sent the turbo to TIAL for a full re-manufacturer. It has been sitting in the box since I got it back from them as you can see the calibration check marks in sharpie pen still on the compressor wheel (that was also upgraded by TIAL ) . I know for certain that all internal components (bearings, washers, rings, washers, etc) are all brand new. I own extremely accurate/ precise / recently calibrated measurement tools and can guarantee you will receive this unit with zero end shaft play. In the past I have owned many turbos rebuilt locally. I guarantee the buyer that what they are purchasing is in a condition that can only be achieved by the manufacturer or a company such as TIAL. Additionally, TIAL completed a rough port on the compressor housing to achieve the +400hp I requested. However, The port is rough and will require the supplemental polish (easily achieved by a novice) to realize the maximum potential of this unit. Also TIAL shaved several areas on the exterior of the compressor housing to further lighten. All that said -the price I am starting this auction is at appox. 1/4 the price I have invested in it with zero miles. The factory waste gate is not included (if you need the stock WG this is not the turbo for you.)
I am not worried about the purchaser acquiring this unit and then deciding upon receipt that what I am advertising is not as claimed. When you receive it (if you are versed) you will immediately recognize the points I have made previously even if I had not highlighted them for you. Crash deaths down 40% since 1960

Since 1960, the number of annual deaths from collisions in England and Wales has fallen by 41%, researchers said. There were 1,647 deaths from a road traffic accident in 1960 and 964 deaths in 2009, according to an article published online in Emergency Medicine Journal.
Carmel kicks off concours craziness

The Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours-on-the-Avenue launched with its best-ever crowd and what many were calling the best-ever show for the free-to-the-public event held every Tuesday before the Pebble Beach Concours on Ocean Avenue in Carmel. Eighteen blocks total were shut to traffic and jammed with collector cars, everything from classic 911s celebrating that car's 50th anniversary to Ferraris, Trans Am racers and a whole block of Shelby Cobras.
