Aston Martin today unveiled the new 2011 V12 Zagato, a V12 Vantage supercar rebodied by Italian coachbuilder Zagato. We saw the first design sketch a few weeks ago, designed to mark the 50th anniversary of the gorgeous DB4 GT Zagato of 1961. Now Aston Martin and Zagato are unveiling the new V12 at this weekend's Villa D'Este concours in Italy.

Porsche opens new Weissach design studio

Porsche has officially opened its new design center. Located at its Weissach development center, the facility includes interior and exterior design departments, plus a dedicated area for concept car construction. According to Porsche chairman, Matthias Müller, the architecture of the new studio has been designed to allow the firm's "creative developers to work hand-in-hand even more methodically than before." The new design center is one of three new buildings opened at the site, which have been built as part of a $200million investment at Weissach.

The Audi A1 quattro is coming to the UK The Audi A1 quattro Limited Edition has been confirmed for the UK – although in LHD – with just 19 cars coming to the UK priced at £41,020. When the Limited Edition Audi A1 quattro was revealed just before Christmas, we did warn you that it would probably cost in the region of £30 when the 333 A1 quattros arrived this year. But we were wrong.
