FAST SHIPPING: Our super-fast delivery is the result of shipping from our state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot headquarters. The shipment date of your order is dependent on the time of day the order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving full payment, excepting weekends. In the unlikely event your item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss the adjusted shipping time-frame. We are located on the West Coast so shipping to the east coast will usually take UPS a MINIMUM of 5 business days. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping if all your parts can fit in one box. If you are purchasing multiple items, please pay for all items at the same time. The eBay checkout system should automatically combine your orders and consolidate the shipping cost. If it does not, you must contact us before making payment to combine your items. Failure to do so will result in separate shipping fees for each individual item. We cannot combine your shipping costs if you have already paid. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS SHIPMENTS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. RETURNS POLICY: Returns are easy! We use eBay's hassle free return system for all returns of products bought on eBay. Clearance, Closeout, or Scratch-N-Dent Returns Policy: These are CLEARANCE and are NOT eligible for returns, all sales FINAL! Some items may have defects, but will still work for the application, unless otherwise stated as inoperable. An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! Also, we review every item we leave feedback for, please remember to leave us positive feedback as well, and in the event of an issue, give us a chance to remedy it. Most issues can be resolved in 48-72 hours, please allow us an additional 48 hours after the weekend to respond, or 72 hours after a holiday weekend, such as Labor Day, where we are closed for three days, AND have more volume of orders than usual. Lincoln is promised a unique line
Mon, 17 Jan 2011Lincoln vehicles will be dramatically different from Ford brand products, Ford Motor Co. executives said last week. "The strategy isn't just new products, but full differentiation from the Ford brand in not only design but in technology," Derrick Kuzak, Ford's group vice president of global product development, told a group of auto analysts at the Detroit auto show.
Peugeot 2008 Crossover: UK price from £12,995
Thu, 02 May 2013That meant the Urban Crossover Concept from Geneva in 2012 turning in to the new Peugeot 2008 at the start of 2013 – before heading to Geneva 2013 for its public debut – and with that other French car maker, Renault, going a similar route with the Clio-based Captur, it’s clear the French see the future of compact cars moving away from hatchbacks to something more rugged. But unlike the Captur – which was a bit of a disappointing looking Clio on stilts – the Peugeot 2008 does look a more convincing offering, even if it’s a more generic-looking compact SUV than the Nissan Juke and would, for our money, be the pick over the Captur. Peugeot are targeting 8,000 sales a year in the UK for the 2008, and with prices starting at £12,995 and heading up to around £19,000 it seems, if anything, a quite modest target, especially as Peugeot reckons 65 per cent of 2008 customers will be new to the brand.
GM continues work on fuel-saving engine technology
Wed, 20 May 2009Sometime in the next decade, you might be able to enjoy some of the benefits of a diesel without driving one. A technology called HCCI improves fuel economy 15 percent and releases fewer emissions by using a combustion process similar to what is used in diesel powerplants. General Motors continues work on the project, which could be applied across a range of engine sizes and used with other advanced fuel-saving technologies to help the company comply with the proposed new mileage and emissions targets announced Tuesday by President Barack Obama.
