The Hongi H7 from FAW is the first D-segment sedan from the brand since the 1980s. The Stuttgart fire service claims that the hilly topography of the city meant it needed all-terrain emergency vehicles, and the project was given to local firm Porsche because the Cayenne served up the firemen's needs for something that can go anywhere fast. Nothing at all with them wanting to arrive in style or make neeh-naah noises in a Porsche.

Persuaders Aston Martin sells for more than £500,000

ROGER MOORE'S signature Aston Martin from hit 1970s action adventure show The Persuaders! has been sold at auction for a world record £533,000. The 1970 Bahama Yellow DBS, which Moore's playboy character Lord Brett Sinclair drove on his adventures around Europe, was snapped up at Bonhams annual auction at the Aston Martin Works.
