Warranty & Return

Returns will be accepted if we did not describe the item accurately.  A replacement will be shipped or a full refund including shipping costs will be issued.  A 10% restock  will apply to all other returns. We do our best to provide accurate details of every listing, so if you have any questions please contact us prior to bidding.  We must be notified of any issues within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. All returns must have an RMA number which will be issued at the time you contact us regarding your issue.  Once authorization is provided; the item must be returned back to us within 10 days. Damaged Item Policy

Any items damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier by the customer within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim. Once an item leaves our store, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to inspect and process all damage claims.
