You are bidding on used parts,the float was re-coated with Red Kote sealant,the points have slight pits so they will need to be filed,the one set is missing the clip as seen on the Right side,the condensers are untested but may be bad and caused the point pitting,the point felt is new and comes with the 2 u shaped clips,2 of the coil screws are new and the other 2 are used,the inlet needle and seat passed the vacuum test and the float bowl gasket is unknown,e-mail me with any questions. Detroit Electric unveils the SP:01
Thu, 04 Apr 2013Detroit Electric unveiled its SP:01 electric sports car April 3 in Detroit. The Lotus-based roadster claims 201 hp from its mid-mounted electric motor and a range of up to 180 miles from its lithium-polymer battery pack. The company is headquartered in Detroit’s Fisher Building; it’s led by former Lotus Engineering and Lotus Group execs Albert Lam, Don Graundstadt and Benjamin Boycott.
Maserati and Poltrona Frau showcasing continuing collaboration
Wed, 20 Jun 2012Maserati and Poltrona Frau are showcasing their continuing collaboration in automotive design in a weeklong exhibition at Design Centre at Chelsea Harbor, London. From 18 until 22 June the glass domes of Design Centre will play host to a Maserati GranCabrio Sport as well as one of Poltrona Frau's skilled artisan upholsterers working on a chair throughout the week in a demonstration of traditional Italian craftsmanship. Poltrona Frau, the international high-end furniture company, has realized the interiors of the entire Maserati range – including the Quattroporte saloon, GranTurismo coupe and GranCabrio convertible – through its 100-year history of leather working and handcraftsmanship.
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport – Production starts
Mon, 25 May 2009Production has now started on the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport But that looks set to pick up with the latest Veyron, the Grand Sport, which has commenced production at the Bugatti factory in Molsheim this week. And to celebrate that fact, Bugatti has had a bit of a get together of Veyron owners to play with pre-production cars in Cannes this weekend, which also gives them the excuse to release some new images of the Grand Sport. Apart from Limited Edition Veyrons (like the Veyron Bleu Centenaire or the Veyron L’Edition Centenaire) the Veyron Grand Sport will be the mainstay of production from now on.
