I am adding this to be more specific about the condition of the rims:
The front rim is bent on one of the lips and is also cracked as you can see in the pictures.
The rear rim - the lips are bent on both sides and also the spokes are bent and where they bent the chrome cracked. This means that the rear axel housing is offset -which is shown in one of the pictures.
Cracked on the chrome doesn't mean that the spoke itself is cracked. It means that the spoke is bent since the chrome coating is not flexible, it cracked.
