Auctioning an USED OEM VW  beige / tan lower B-pillar trim for passenger's side for MK4 Jetta / Golf. The trim panel is in good used condition with one of the mounting plastic tabs broken. Otherwise, there are only minor signs of wear and panel just needs a good cleaning. The other matching panel (driver's side) is listed in one of my other auctions. It is up to the buyer to confirm fitment and any other application other than in an Mk4 Jetta or Golf which will be at the buyer's sole risk. Buyer to verify compatibility as sale is final with no returns!

EPA rules greenhouse gases pose danger; more regulation expected

The EPA has proposed a finding that greenhouse gases from new vehicles and industrial plants pose a danger to the public, kicking off a process that could result in tighter regulation of carbon dioxide emissions. The EPA's findings come two years after the U.S. Supreme Court ordered the agency to determine whether these emissions contribute to harmful air pollution under the Clean Air Act or whether the science is too uncertain.
