I have for sale a used original 50's offenhauser valve cover. there is one scratch on the side and one of the fins has a chip in it. otherwise in great shape for the age.
Brand:Offenhauser

Up for sale an offenhauser valve cover. This is an original casting from the 50's they now remanufacture these through the offenhauser name but through another company. Included is a brand new set of acorn nuts and studs. Oil cap in photo not included but i have an edelbrock one i will include. There is a slight scratch on the side as well as there is a chipped fin. I originally bought this for my car, but i have a newer 235 inline 6. This will only fit 1953 and older 235 and 216 engines. As said before this is an original cast, newer ones are very difficult to come by when ordered new there are waiting lists close to a year. If you are a person who wants original stuff for your car this is it.
Thabk you for looking.

Fri, 15 Aug 2014

ALMOST a third of motorists have modified their on-the-road habits in the 12 months since new careless driving fines were introduced, according to an AA/Populus survey. The new measures have allowed police to issue a fixed penalty notice for less serious examples of careless driving, such as tailgating and middle-lane hogging.

Michael Gillam's concept is a very fresh combination of cabover, big-rig styling cues, Hummer-like off road stance and a large dose of product design influences. His concept is based on the idea of integrating the load bearing structure of the bed into the side rails, freeing up space to increase depth and overall carrying capacity. The silver colored structure is not only separate functionally, but also graphically offset from the dark colored cab area.
