You are purchasing a used British Leyland owner's manual for the Auto Reversing Stereo Tape Player with Digital Seek/Scan AM/FM Stereo Radio for the Jaguar XJ6, XJ12 XJS. This has 9 pages, measures about 8" by 6". All the pages are intact no rips or tears and is very clean booklet. The cover has the British Leyland logo. The 1st page has a line drawing of the stereo, identifying all the knobs and buttons.(photo 2) This was probably in your glove box when the car was new. Toyota reveals safety research car at CES
Mon, 07 Jan 2013One day before the International Consumer Electronics Show opened its doors in Las Vegas, Toyota took the wraps off the highest-tech Lexus LS ever made. The car -- with spinning sensors and probing lasers galore -- is meant to demonstrate safety features that could be coming to production cars someday soon. Called the Advanced Safety Research Vehicle, it sure looked like some of the autonomous self-driving vehicles we saw at the DARPA Challenge, but Toyota stressed that a robot car is not the goal.
Mercedes-Benz recalls 85,000 vehicles for possible steering failure
Mon, 11 Oct 2010Mercedes-Benz will recall about 85,000 of its 2010 and 2011 vehicles for a potential power-steering failure, the company said on Monday. The models being recalled are the 2010 C-class and E-class sedan, coupe and cabriolet. The potential failure is caused by a loss of power-steering fluid.
GM begins Chevrolet Sonic production at suburban Detroit plant
