Rules about bidding and paying
You must pay for any item you buy.
If you've placed a winning bid or clicked the Buy It Now button in a listing, you've committed to purchasing that item and are expected to follow through with your commitment
Many of the items on eBay are sold in an auction-style format where you can make bids. Bidding is a lot of fun, but remember that each bid you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you win. The same is true for Buy It Now purchases. Not paying for an item after you have agreed to buy it has some negative consequences, which are explained in our unpaid item policy.
Seller's payment instructions
Please make sure this item is what you want, that it fits, that it is the size you want, that it is in the condition you want, that it is made of the material you want, that it is the color you want, that it is the weight you want and that it does what you thought it did. Then it is an "as is" sale. Buyer understands that grading of sail condition is subjective and is not a reason to avoid completing the transaction. If you need clarification of condition, see the grading chart and or contact us before you bid. Payment must be received within 3 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 4 days, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
The battle between Microsoft and Apple is being fought on the desktop, on the smartphone and now in the car. At its Build 2014 developer conference, held earlier this month in San Francisco, Microsoft demoed an early version of Windows In The Car, its response to Apple's CarPlay system we saw at the Geneva Show back in March. As you'd expect, In The Car's design follows the look of Microsoft's latest Windows and Window Phone operating system pretty closely.
Following on from a front three-quarter sketch released to the press last week, Lexus has given us a good view of its Premium Compact Concept from the rear - along with its proper name: LF-Ch. Equipped with Lexus's Hybrid Drive system, this BMW 1 Series rival will be able to run on both electric and gasoline when it goes on sale in 2010. The car's full volumes, raked-back windscreen and aggressive new variation on Lexus's corporate nose are visible from the sketch, while the new rear image confirms that the newcomer will combine the looks of a coupe with the practicality of four doors.
'Never raced or rallied' is a term you'll often see on a classified ad. But if the car was formerly driven by Ayrton Senna, you'd find it a little hard to believe. And even if it had been, would you care?
