This auction is for a set of 4 near perfect , believe to be NOS hubcaps off a 1961 Ford Starliner. My info says they came on 1961-62 Ford Galaxy,Fairlane & Starliner . The OE part # is C1aa1130-B they are 10" diameter fitting 14" rims. The stainless is still bright, the lettering is perfect, no dents, some very light scratches mainly from handling.I found them wrapped in a towel in a box along with the rest of the parts for the 61 Starliner I bought in pieces , I will not be needing them. Besides their main crux of thesis projects, nine graduating students in the acclaimed Transportation Design course showcased some of the designs they worked on during their internships and in previous years. Chevrolet touts Corvette 427 convertible with race driver Tommy Milner
Wed, 15 Feb 2012The 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 convertible doesn't need any hype--the 505-hp V8, a 0-to-60-mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed in excess of 190 mph make a strong statement. Nonetheless, Chevrolet has enlisted the help of Corvette Racing driver Tommy Milner in a trio of 90-second videos to tout the 427 convertible. In our favorite, Milner talks about the car's aerodynamics, including the optional carbon-fiber splitter, that help keep the car glued to the ground for better control.
