Returns Item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days after item is received, for a 20% restock fee. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, customer may choose another item or be refunded. Any items that are open (if the item is in a bag), used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted. All baseball style hats must be returned in original condition. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted. Also please package all items with care.
