Helmet has two small sliding forehead ventilators.
There are five snaps for face shield mounting.
DOT approved.

Made by Bell Helmets, date code stamped in the metal chin strap buckle is Sept 1990.
The Harley Davidson lettering and stripe is an original Bell applied sticker and is dark bronze in color.
One side of the sticker has a small scuff.
The exterior white finish is very clean and smooth/shiney. There are several tiny nicks and scratches that you do not see from a short distance. Use as-is or ready to pinstripe, air brush, or custom paint your own design.
