If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. If a warranty issue arises we will make every effort to assist but all warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Ford speeds up effort to cut vehicle platforms

Ford Motor Co. is accelerating its One Ford global product development plan by reducing its target for vehicle platforms worldwide to nine from 11 previously, and by moving the target date up to 2013 from 2014, global marketing chief Jim Farley said Wednesday. "It won't be 11 platforms" as earlier planned, Farley said at the Automotive News World Congress.
