Nissan to close Michigan design studio
Tue, 27 Jan 2009In a cost-cutting move, Nissan is shutting its design studio at its research-and-development complex in suburban Detroit and moving the work to its main U.S. design studio in San Diego. The design studio in Farmington Hills, Mich., opened in 2005.
Ford offers trip to the summer X Games with Focus ST contest

Ford will have driving simulators at this year's auto shows, and the person who records the fastest time will get a trip to ESPN's summer X Games. Sticker prices set for 2013 Nissan GT-R
Fri, 20 Jan 2012Nissan coaxed another 15 hp from the twin-turbo V6 in the 2013 GT-R sports car, and added nearly $7,000 to the sticker price. The 2013 Nissan GT-R Premium, which is reaching dealerships now, carries a sticker price of $97,820, including the $1,000 in shipping charges. That's a $6,870 bump over the 2012 model.
