All merchandise comes with a 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty from the Manufacturer. AutoPartsWest is not responsible for its products when subjected to abuse, improper installation, workmanship defects, accident or normal wear. All applicable Manufacturers warranties are honored in addition. If the product is determined to be defective, a full refund for the product will be issued including all incurred shipping charges. Under any circumstances there will no refund or compensation on labor and installation.
No Hassle Return Policy
Buyers are required to request first for Return Merchandise Authorization, which shall be promptly processed to issue the RMA number. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in excellent condition with the given RMA number. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items over 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Positively NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable in the case that the customer ordered the wrong part or application. When applicable, all custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Google hopeful over driverless car

The leader of the technology giant's driverless car project wrote in a blog post that test vehicles are becoming far more adept at city driving. They can already comfortably handle motorways, he said, but city driving presents a virtual obstacle course of pedestrians, cyclists and blind corners.
GM to launch Chevrolet van in global markets
Wed, 30 Jun 2010Chevrolet plans to launch a family van soon in several global regions, GM Vice Chairman Tom Stephens said Tuesday in showing analysts GM's future product plans. General Motors will base the van on its global compact-car architecture, said Stephens, who heads product development. The on-track highlights included the annual RAC TT Celebration race for early-1960s GT cars, which was won by the AC Cobra of Sauber Formula 1 test driver Giedo van der Garde and David Hart, after a thrilling battle against a £150million field that included Jaguar E-types, Aston Martin project cars and even a Bizzarini. Sir Jackie Stewart’s extraordinary career – which was catapulted into life at Goodwood in 1964 thanks to a maiden single-seater test – was marked with a 24-car parade that featured fellow motor racing legends John Surtees, Richard Attwood, Mark Webber and Arturo Merzario The 75th anniversary of RAF Westhampnett – Goodwood Aerodrome’s name during World War II – was marked with a display of 600 military vehicles and personnel, including a flypast that featured the world’s only two airworthy Lancaster bombers.
