This is a used Vanner 3000 watt 24 volt DC input modified sine wave split phase inverter. It was made in the USA. It's basically two 1500 watt inverters 180 degrees off in phase to produce 120/240 volt output. It has 2 plugs on the front. Each one is for one side of the split phase output and it has a hardwire connection box on the back of the inverter for connecting the 120/240 volt AC to a sub panel. This has to have a remote toggle switch connected for it to turn on. I included the diagram for how to connect one. A toggle switch is not included with the inverter. Once the inverter is turned on it automatically goes into load sense mode so it doesn't waste battery power if nothing is running off it. Plugging a light into either of the front sockets brings it out of load sense mode. This will put out 1500 watts on L1 and L2. It will not put out 3000 watts on just one side. Its a dual transformer based inverter so it has an extremely high surge capability for starting a well pump as long as you have the battery power to back it up.

The Inverter has been fully tested and it works perfectly. There is no warranty on this item. This listing is for the inverter, the switch diagram and I'm including a pair of 175 amp Anderson connectors since the battery cables are just cut off at a little over a foot coming out of the inverter. Nothing else is included with this listing. Please ask if you have any questions or if you would like more pictures. I can answer any questions before and after the sale. This must be installed by a certified electrician. All circuit boards have been inspected, marked and photographed.

Free shipping is only for the USA lower 48 states. You must ask for a shipping quote for any other location. NO international shipping.

Lincoln MKC – it’s an upmarket Ford Kuga: 2013 Detroit Auto Show

Wed, 16 Jan 2013

Ford has revealed the Lincoln MKC Concept at the Detroit Auto Show, a titivated upmarket offering based on the Ford Kuga. Despite strong sales on the other side of the Pond, Ford is struggling in Europe – just like every other mainstream car brand – and they’re probably ruing the day they decided to unravel their Premier Auto Group, selling off Aston Martin, Volvo and – their biggest mistake – Jaguar Land Rover. Which means that if Ford want to get back in to the – potentially very profitable – realm of premium cars again they’re stuck with doing it with one of their ‘brands’.

Wed, 02 Feb 2011

Hyundai today showed off the new i10 city car - one of the most popular small cars in the UK during last year's scrappage incentive scheme. As well as a cosmetic pick-me-up, the new 2011 Hyundai i10 gains a pair of new engines with stop-start tech for emissions nudging just under the magic 100g/km CO2 mark.  The Hyundai i10 Blue emits 99g/km of carbon dioxide, and the Koreans claim it's the cheapest five-seat car on the market to hit sub 100g/km. Five seats?
